Nancy L. Tankersley - Current Events

This painting will be part of a group exhibit of members of the Washington Society of Landscape Painters. It's called Bayside View and is a scene from Kent Island on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

An exhibit of landscapes by the late Ross Merrill, Chief of Conservation at the National Gallery of Art for over 25 years. Also exhibited will be paintings by members of the Washington Society of Landscape Painters (of which Merrill was a member) who participated in a memorial paint-out last May at a beloved property on the Corsica River on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

My painting is called "Empty Swing".
